Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you or your business change your mind and would like to refund or cancel your order after delivery, we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase. Please follow the information below if you have placed an order to initiate a refund or cancellation order.

  1. You are entitled to request a refund and acknowledge the right to cancel within 5 working days from the day after delivery of the goods. Your refund and cancellation period will expire after 5 working days from the delivery day.

  2. Prior authorisation is required before any goods can be refunded. A refund number must be obtained and displayed on any packaging. Goods refunded without such a refunds number will be refused and refunded. The Customer will be liable for the transport costs of any refused product(s).

  3. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and refunded in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. CDs, memory cards and software packaging discs must still be sealed. If you want to return a Software Product Activation Key card which is not faulty, the silver strip on the back of the card must be fully intact as new.

  4. To exercise these rights please contact us via email on enquiries@chulo.co.uk or by phoning us on +44 (0) 870 352 1017, with your order reference number and delivery details. If you inform us that you no longer wish to send your item, we will remove the relevant Item or order from our system so that we know you will not be sending your Item or Items. In those circumstances, you will not be entitled to any payment from us.

  5. Once we have received the goods back from you, we will check the condition of the items and give you a refund for the cost of the product. We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you.

  6. In the event of an accepted refund or cancellation, we will follow the PayPal refunds process.

  7. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

  9. Please note that this policy only applies to products you have purchased on the Site. For products purchased from other sources, you will need to check the refund policies of the applicable source.

  10. We are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow an extra working day (i.e. Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for each of these days when calculating the estimated delivery date and when choosing your delivery option.

  11. We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sales or other busy periods.

  12. This refund policy does not affect your legal rights. Details of your legal rights are available from trading standards.
